RFHIC is a designer & manufacturer of RF components and modules primarily for Radar, Wideband, Wireless infrastructure, Broadcasting, and CATV. We have openings for R&D center located at Research Triangle Park area in North Carolina. We are in search of an experienced Senior RF designer. |
The followings will help you understand what is like to work with RFHIC team members.
1. We believe that power should lie in the reasoning, not in the position, of the individual.
2. Flexibility in playing different roles is demanded. We are looking for RF designers who are also excited about customer interactions including occasional customer visits.
3. We do not wait the resources to show up to solve the problem; we are willing to become the resource.
4. Goal oriented flexible hour is good. Flexibility should also work for individual’s personal needs as well. But our pursuit of excellence eliminates any misuse of this concept.

Desired technical experiences (5yrs or more) include the following:
High Power (>10W) Amplifier Design and Development such as Doherty Amp.
Wideband, High Power Amplifier Design.
S, C, X-band Radar Power Amplifier
Design and testing experience in MMIC or/and Hybrid: familiar with layout tools (Cadence or DW) and circuit simulator (ADS and other EM tools)
Hands-on experience in PCB or LTCC design and Load-Pull setup.
CATV Line Amplifiers
Digital TV Amplifiers
GaAs or/and GaN based power amplifier experience is strongly desired.
